Your private pension-plan
|
|
Most recently, after the 3rd oil-shock at the
end of 2000 it became evident to everyone: Fossil fuels are
coming to an end - with all the unpleasant consequences: Gas
and fuel-oil prices will rise even higher in the long run
- conventional heating will be out.
|
Heat Pump heating systems
from OCHSNER on the contrary reduce your heating costs by 60 to
75 % compared to your neighbour, who heats with oil or gas. Heat
Pumps take 60 to 80 % of the heating energy free of charge
from the environment.
Lowest operating
costs
Fact is: There is no better
advantageous kind of heating.
Three quaters of the requred energy comes free of charge from the
environment! For heating-water temperature of 30 °C we do not
need a 2000 °C hot flame. The technology of burning is outdated
- and too expensive. With a Heat Pump you use 3/4 free solar power,
whith the continual future increases of energy costs.
You can find an online-calculator
for cost comparisons unter 'CO2 and costs'.

Think of the future
Will you be able to afford your heating
20 years from now? The selection of your heating system is
a decision for decades. Who-ever considers the future of energy
supply will inevitably come to one conclusion: Selecting a
Heat-Pump. Even today the Heat Pump is the heating source
with the lowest operating cost. And with each increase in
energy prices, the heating costs with a Heat Pump will become
relatively more competitive i.e. savings become large copared
to oil, gas and also other alternative heating systems. Even
if the price of electricity rises, 3/4 of the heating
energy of a Heat Pump remain free of charge...
|
As an ecological and economically
improtant technology, the installatin of a heat pump is promoted
by several official authorities. These promotions originarte from
subsidies by government, communities or utilities as well as interest-rate
supports for financing enstalments. Do not let these bonuses escape
and take advantage of the special heat pump electricity rates from
the utilities.

The OCHSNER supplementary pension-plan
You invest the difference you save
with the OCHSNER Heat Pump compared to what you would spend
with conventional heating. That gives you a stately supplementary
allowance in some years - or you use the annual higher income,
to afford something else today, which you could not afford
withour saving from the Heat Pump. What about an extra vacation?

|
Sample calculation for your supplimentary allowance: |
|
| Today's heating costs of a family house 200 m²
with oil:
Heat requirement: 200 m² x 50 W/m² = 10 kW x 1700
h = 17000 kWh/year
with oil price of € 0,5/l

€ 1385,00

Today's heating costs of a family hourse 200 m² with
Heat Pump system:
Heat requirement: 200 m² x 50 W/m² = 10 kW x 1700
h = 17000 kWh/year with
electricity costs of € 0,075 / kW day-rate / € 0,045
/ kW night-rate and COP=4
