The doubled enamel-coating makes the 300-l tank corrosion resistant against average water quality and provides enough capacity for the family. Air ducts up to 10 m can be attached as the high performance radial fan located in an optimized volute provides for enough flow and pressure rate.

You need fresh air for breathing: Modern buildings are built air tight and with good thermal insulation. That saves energy on one hand but prevents the natural air exchange on the other hand. Therefore it ist crucial for your health to provide for controlled dwelling ventilation to ensure sufficient oxygen-rich fresh air in your home. And for taking the used, umid and polluted and CO2 rich-exhaust air away. The Europa series from OCHSNER is the solution for this task.

How your food can remain fresh

Your OCHSNER multi-functional unit offers additionally or optionally the cost-free cooling function. So you can transform a food storage room in the summer into a fresholding location, or cool the wine-cellar. During wintertime the cool air can be led into the room.

Want to dry your clothes

Auxiliary use as laundy drying: A dehumidified room or cellar can offer advantages during the laundry drying process. It helps you with your housework. By the way, the lime-free condensate water of the heat pump can be used for moisture ironing or air moisturizers. Most cellars tend to become humid: New buildings are too air tight which means condensate forms, old buildings let moisture in through the walls. Mould, rust, damage of the building structure and the stored articles are the result.

The Europa units from OCHSNER maintain the value of your house and the cleanliness of your supplies. If you want to use the auxiliary functions of the Heat Pump such as cellar dehumidifying, then you simply lead an air duct air into the required room.

Why not heat sanitary water with the heating circuit?

There was once good reasons to combine water-heating with the central heating furnace: In the sixties when oil-fired central heating became standard, it was understandable to use it for hot sanitary water production as well.

From today's view however it is a fatal false conclusion that water heating is to be considered as a "cheap" by-produckt of the central heating. This applies in particular to oil and gas-fired boilers and outside of the heating seasons. The devices are appropriate for room heating and therefore oversized for just water heating! In addition water heating with an average oil boiler in the summer period achieves approx. only 20 % efficiency and therefore use of the assigned primary energy. Furthermore, a heating Heat Pump is properly sized for room heating capacity and therefore also oversized for just hot water production while the Europa is specially designed for this purpose.
